Hailing from Norwich, The Lost Levels have developed over the last year to come to the forefront of the thriving scene. Their new single (which will be released on NRONE Records on 4th August) is an intelligent offering…pretty cool melodies with some decent hooks. This is only part of what The Lost Levels are about for me. Their more psychedelic tracks work better, which I’m guessing they do not have that mass appeal that the single offers. Having seen the band live, I know what they are capable of. Don’t think I’m knocking the single because it works on lots of levels with the right exposure. I expect we will be hearing more from the lads. They are a bit like an A-Z of pop, from the obvious to the less predictable.
